How long does it take to get a response?

How do I report missing cashback?

If your purchase isn't showing up in your account, you can submit a missing cashback claim. Simply go to your account dashboard, click on "Missing Cashback," and fill out the form with your order details. Please have your order number and a screenshot of your confirmation ready. We'll investigate and manually add the cashback if verified.

How do I become a partner store?
